So... I am having trouble fixing up the engine. It's still really glitchy, so you'll be running along just fine, and all of the sudden, you fly through a wall... I haven't made any major progress... So far the development is going a little slowly... But I'm still working on it... slowly but surely. I apologize for it taking sooo long, and if anyone can animate a good stick run cycle... please send one to me =)
Sorry about the slow progress... I'm having a hard time coding this.

Hey work through it. Take your time. Nobody's rushing you. The more time you take to work on something, the better it usually turns out. If Orange Runner was like a 2 day project, and OR2 is like a month project, it's gonna be like 15 times better than the original! Just take your time. I myself am a SCDEMM (StarCraft Draft Editor Map Maker If you've never heard of Star Craft google it and see how many results you get. It's a great game. #3 of all time. right behind the sims and sims2) Anyhow, the maps are very, very hard to make, cause the triggers are
extremely confusing. Here's a common trigger.:
No comment - Activated - P1 - switch is disabled - start - elasped time - 5342 MS - location 52*Switch- 142 (player1, trigger ^23?? - *) Random 2 5 trigger, clear set, on, off, player 2, kill 4,@ location 255, trigger 263 switch set, player 6 - TYVD zealot P60, lights on
All that does is change the color of something. If you go into more complicated stuff the trigger might go on for like half a page. And you would need like 200 triggers if you want a fun game. So it's very confusing. I once tried a go at Action Script, it was way too confusing. Couldn't even make a play button. One of my more succesful maps played on B.Net would be Phantom 2.3B (I worked on it with OmniScourge) Took maybe a year to make. Yet on this day, now thousands of people know and play Phantom. Take your time with stuff, it'll greatly increase the quality ofwork.
