Finally, (with the help of my brother) got the trigonometry and slope stuff working, the character will now run at an angle, although the physics do not work correctly, you will not slide down an angled wall, and I haven't built support for running up walls yet, (once he reaches a certain angle he stops) but that is a job for another day. So far it's coming along well, and I am getting a lot of work done! I have a feeling this is going to be finished fairly soon =)

Nice idea, angles, and say thanks to your brother (again).
Definitely use some ParagonX music for it, maybe if you know the action script have a music change button, next track, prev track, etc.
Try to get the next background nice and smooth and a bit of a longer loop than last time, and think more about that sound barrier thing. Look the speed of sound up or else flamers will getcha!

speed of soud is 343 m/ps (I think) and you will totally be able to break the sound barrier, I'm going to even go so far as make the music sound muffled when you do so =)
