Work begins on OR2. I am currently building a platform engine, allowing you to draw out levels using the pen tool or line tool and having them work in the finished game. This is going to be a piece of cake =) I already have the platform code working, I just now need to begin work on the animation and more intricate gameplay features, like... being able to play...

Day 1: You can run and jump onto platforms, but I haven't gotten wall support working, you magically leap to the top of them...

What do you mean 360? it will be more complex tho, and your can run backwards...

When he falls have an animation for falling. when he jumps have a jump animation just don't have him hop in the air. make it look like a stick movie. add more speed too make it easier to get that sense by adding more colors.

I thought of something! I know how hard actionscript is but if you're able to... make tricks! 180 360 spins, grinding on rails maybe? That'd be sick. But all on your feet. I'd play it more!

I was going to do wall jumps and matrix style flips, and it does slow motion when you do a trick, or when you go incredibly fast (near light speed)

lol i cant wait this game is gonna be awesome but one suggestion i have for you is maybe offer a little bit of health in OR2 every 5 levels or so make it a lil easier

I was going to put in health powerups throughout the levels, but that'll be good too.
