well the face kinda go watch some animes and such that helped me out 2 draw the face and such..really what u try 2 do is make the chin round.....first u draw the head expected the top part cause u have 2 draw the hair and u want the hair 2 pretty much be your top part of head.s.o at least draw up 2 the top of ears or right under them and than draw the hair and u got the bottom and top outlin of the head done so than it save u the time of drawing the whole head..than the hair and erasing the head and such ^_^ hope it helps u ^_^..and hands.t.hey a tricky im still working on them my self lol XD
